3.1 ELECTION OF OFFICERS:

PRESIDENT: Tom Williamson

CHAIRMAN: till 2018 No proposal (J. Hilditch is in poor health and moving, resigning 1 year left of office)

3.2 RATIFY COUNTY COACHING ORGANIZER: No Proposal

           

4.0 APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR

     Ann Webb was given a vote of thanks for this year’s audit

     TW to ask Ann Webb if she will continue to audit the books.

 

5.0 PROPOSALS PLACED BEFORE THE A.G.M.

     None

 

6.0 ANY OTHER BUSINESS:

     IJ report on the indoor league

     RF to be junior manager and will select teams when required.

     Any archer senior or junior shooting for the county will receive a badge and bar

     County team event hosted by AGB, County to subsidize up to 50%. Team selected after a selection shoot

     DB to source a supplier for a County badge

     GT AGB proposing £2.00 increase for a senior member, 2 regions voting against

     Parting chief exc, (David Sherratt) received £169,000

     AGB made a loss of £122,000

     National tournaments making a loss of £40,000 GNAM always makes a loss

      WMAS, NCAS, SCAS & SAA had a meeting with Neil Armitage so far 12 months we later have had no  

       reply to questions asked. One of the questions was help for coaching within the regions.

     WMAS provide a fund for Judges and Coaches.

           Think about AGB AGM use your proxy vote if no one from your club can attend.

           TW members are not accusing AGB of fiddling but the accounts need to be more transparent

           IW Cleobury to host a leg of the Heritage series in 2018

JW Juniors attending Lilleshall for Talent or Academy are given a coach and have to pay them.

            Shropshires turn to host the Regional Inter County in 2018

            Juniors going to Talent or Academy have a bursary.

         DB runs a good website for the county, but clubs need to keep their part up to date.
