Archery GB and Worshipful Company of Fletchers Disability Championships 2025

The weekend of the 13^th and 14^th September 2025 members of the Shropshire Archery Society attended the Archery GB and Worshipful company of Fletchers Disability Championships either competing or acting as agents. It was a challenging weekend with weather changing quickly throughout the event... pretty typical of English weather. That did mean that 5 individuals missed the Shropshire County Championships and the awards for the 2025 Heritage Shoots. 

However thanks to some forward thinking by Anne Beer she arrange with Sue, our tremendous county secretary to collect our medals before hand and then with the aid of the amazing charm of our self proclaimed dashing county chairman (please hold the laughter) I was able to get the amazingly talented, Paralympian  Jodie Grinham to present the medals to the 5 individuals after the main awards of the weekend.
